JobDobber2 FAQs

Can I create multiple accounts?

Yes.  Simply press the profile tab and enter the name of the new account.

Can I change my password?

Account holders cannot change their passwords but the Boss account can.  To change the Boss password press the lock and an button to change the password will appear.  Enter the new password and then again to confirm.

When I try to move the picker dials why does the screen scroll?

This is to allow the JobDobber to work when the iPhone is on its side.  To change the dials, keep your finger on the dial for a short time before trying to move it and you will find the dial moves.

What happens if I delete a job in the roster?

The job will disappear from the future section in Recents but will not disappear from past jobs.

If I disagree with a job being done, what can I do about it?

Go to the Recents tab and log in.  Press the job and then you will see buttons at the bottom of the screen.  One of these will allow you to delete the job or to undo the job.  You will see the reversal in the Pay tab.

Can I change my account name?

No.  You can create a new account but the old one will remain.

Can I approve jobs ahead of time?

The Boss can log in and then select the future job in the Recents tab.  The job will pop up and at the bottom will be a button that allows the job to be marked as done.

Can I change the value of a job?

The Boss can log in and through the Roster tab can change the value of a job.  This will only apply to jobs done going forward and will not affect jobs done.
